Harvey Ratcliffe

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist with a love for sport and travelling. I play competitive tennis and I am an LTA Tennis Coach with a history of playing high level football. My love of the gym and interest in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention developed my passion for health and fitness. 


 I am currently studying a MSC in Osteopathy which I hope to use to grow my business and allow me to help more people.

Facility

Facility

You are welcome to come and use my facilities for a personalised workout or for sports massage therapy. 

 

The Studio is airconditioned/heated and has mirrors available to check technique and alignment. We have a range of small equipment to challenge you including gym balls, therabands, spiky balls, wobble cushions and much more. We have a static cycle for cardiovascular training. 


The Gym has a top of the range cable machine for building strength and a range of free weights to suit everyones needs.
